2780 Westhill
Completed the full mechanical scope at Westhill Apartments in Waterloo, delivering comprehensive plumbing and sheet metal systems. This included domestic water distribution, sanitary and storm drainage, plus HVAC ductwork and ventilation. The project showcases our expertise in high-quality, code-compliant mechanical installations in a multi-residential setting, all while keeping tight timelines and seamless coordination with other trades.
YMCA
Dean-Lane is honoured to be working alongside various companies on this Design-Build Collaboration to develop Affordable Housing for single women currently experiencing chronic homelessness. Located at 1470 Block Line Road and will consist of 41 units spread across 4 floors. Read more on CTV News.
Charlie West Condominiums
Waterloo Region has seen an explosion in new development since the first shovels went in the ground for the ION rapid transit system. One of the first projects — and second tallest that DLC has been a part of is Charlie West. Situated next to beautiful Victoria Park, the project is a 31 story mixed commercial and residential building. The building is surrounded by restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and is right across the street from an ION rapid transit station. For this project we installed boiler and chiller plants in the mechanical penthouse along with several mechanical rooms on multiple floors.
Kiwik Condominums
Starting with the unique curvature to the exterior of the building, 212 King William St. (Kiwi Condominiums) is on its way to being a 14-story building with 266 units with a wide range of 1 bed, 1 bed + den, 2 bed and 2 bed + den in addition to a large living space all units have a balcony or a terrace. Within the building residents will find a mailroom within the lobby, fitness area, yoga room and pet spa!
