Project story: Affinity

Just a 20-minute walk from Hamilton Harbour you will find Affinity Condominiums located at 340 Plains Road East in Burlington. Dean-Lane broke ground in February of 2018 and found us completing at the end of December 2019. Assisting with the development of both buildings, Building A featured 6 storeys and 110 units with a commercial component. Offering residence, the luxury of having a community terrace on the 6th floor, fitness and yoga room, meeting rooms, and in suite laundry! Within Building B you will find 6 storeys and 65 units. All units included a balcony, range of 1 bed + den and 2 bed + den, varying in 26 different suite types!
